Our occupational therapists are well trained in providing sensory activities specifically designed for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD or Sensory Processing Disorders. We have a large gym with specialized equipment that provides sensory input as well as a dedicated sensory room which is equipped with a variety of swings, large pillows, weighted blankets and other sensory tools that designed to either “wake up” or “calm down” a child’s sensory system.
Through functional play our occupational therapists address fine motor, visual processing, and visual motor skills as well.
