Elevate Pediatric Therapies provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services in various school districts throughout Northeast Oklahoma. School-based therapy is for children having difficulty with being fully-independent in the school environment. The amount of services a child receives is determined by the Individualized Education Plan team within the child’s school.

We understand the difference between clinic-based services and school-based services and work side-by-side with the student’s IEP Team to support the student in their education.
